Overview
Reflexology & healing, anatomy and biomechanics of the feet, foot disorders, reflexology points, reflexology techniques, the reflexology foot massage, the reflexology session, reflexology and the nervous system, when not to use reflexology, and sequence & closing.
The curriculum covers techniques taught within reflexology practice, including approaches commonly described as supporting relaxation. SFCT does not make a claim of therapeutic effect for this training programme.
Eligibility
Absolutely no pre-requirements are needed before taking this course; anyone can register.
Certification & recognition
These are SFCT's own certificates, awarded on completion of SFCT's training. They are not currently presented as being externally, government, or university accredited.
