For: Talk on “Suicide Prevention Campus Campaign Jijivisha“ It gives me immense pleasure to inform you that we bagged the first position in the competition that we had sent our entry for to NIMHANS. This couldn’t have been possible without your critical contribution. According to the feedback that I’ve collected, most students pursuing their bachelors in Psychology felt that the discussion and the role play served as a window to the actual therapy set up, where in most of them could connect and sympathise with an actual patient. Hence, it was an enriching experience for them. However, for the students from other courses, it was slightly difficult to connect the dots. Since the campaign and the session, there’s a significant increase in the sensitivity in our students and active engagement in issues and topics as this. Thank you so much for enlightening us.
Dear Ms. Gupta, Thank you for the time and effort given to educate our students on Stress Management on 9th November 2017. It was a wonderful session and students thoroughly enjoyed the session. The faculty present during the session also benefitted a lot from the deliberations. They liked the innovative concept of integrating music in the training session. The sound effects had a soothing effect on the agitated minds of the youngsters and you very ably educated them about the need to disengage with the outer world and enjoy the realm of inner peace. Our school director Mr. Sunil Agarwal was highly impressed with your session. We would like to keep this momentum going and will invite you regularly for interaction with our students on mutual convenience. Thanking you again.
Dear Ma’am, Thank you very much for conducting an informative and thought provoking workshop on “Music Therapy” on 26th September, 2017 at Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women, University of Delhi. It was a splendid experience that exposed the students to field practices. All the students appreciated and got benefited from your views on the subject.

Feedback on the Mental Health Awareness Session by Meena Gupta Ma’am
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Meena Gupta Ma’am for conducting an insightful and interactive session on the vital topics of Depression , Anxiety , Happiness , Emotions , Mental Health , Curiosity , and How to Remove Negativity from Within .
The session was highly engaging and impactful , providing students with a better understanding of their own emotions and mental well-being . The activities conducted during the session were truly inspiring and helped students connect with their feelings in a positive way.
There were 35 students present during the session on 28th February 2025 , making it a highly participative and lively session.
One of the standout activities was the Ball Catch Activity , where Ma’am asked students to catch the ball and express their emotions at that moment. This simple yet effective exercise made students reflect on their current feelings and understand how emotions are spontaneous and ever-changing.
Another powerful activity was the Bag Pack Activity , where students were encouraged to fill an imaginary bag with their negative emotions and slowly throw it away, symbolizing the release of their burdens. This exercise left a lasting impact, helping students visualize how they can let go of negativity and embrace positivity in their lives.
From the students’ side, the session was highly appreciated as they felt more confident and motivated to express their emotions. They shared that the activities helped them realize how important it is to let go of negativity and focus on positive thoughts. The session created a safe space for them to open up about their feelings and encouraged them to be more curious about their mental well-being.
