Mrs Gupta has more than 35 years experience as a Counsellor, Trainer and Therapist, offering emotional support to people in need and developing their competency in the area of Soft Skills.  As a Therapist, she has specialized in the practice of Bio-guided Music Therapy, Foot-Reflexology, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy and Art Therapy.  She has presented many papers at various prestigious institutions/conferences.

Mr. Hari L Mundra – Vice President

Mr. Hari L. Mundra is B. A. Hon. from Bombay University and has a Post-graduate Diploma in Business  Management (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (1971).He has  more than 40 years of working experience in the corporate world.

Mr. Mundra was employed with Hindustan Lever Limited, India for about 24 years till 1994, joining them as Management Trainee, Accounts in 1971. In Levers, he worked through two countries (India and Indonesia) and three businesses (Personal Products, Detergents and Exports) .He held several senior positions in the company, both in the Financial and General Management areas such as Company Treasurer and Group Commercial Controller ,Detergents.

Mr. Mundra was appointed to the Management Committee of Hindustan Lever in April 1990 as the youngest Vice President (Commercial) reporting to the Chairman and later, took over as Vice President/Executive Director in charge of the Exports business.

In January 1995, Mr. Mundra joined the  RPG Group as Member of the Group Management Board in the dual capacity of the Chief Financial Officer of the Group as well as the President and Chief Executive of the Carbon Black Business.

In January 2002, Mr. Mundra joined the Wockhardt Group as Executive Vice Chairman of Wockhardt Limited, in charge of its domestic pharma business and as Vice Chairman of Wockhardt Hospitals Limited.

In September 2003, Mr. Mundra joined the Essar Group as the Deputy Managing Director & Director Finance of Essar Oil Limited, an integrated Oil & Gas major and was responsible for resurrecting, refinancing and restarting its Rs.15,000 crore Oil refinery project which had remained closed for 5 years and for operationalising it by arranging Rs. 4,500 crore Working Capital facility. As a result, by November 2007 when Mr. Mundra retired from the Group on achieving super-annuation age, the Company had been clocking an annualized turnover of Rs. 18,000 crore / year and its market capitalization had moved up dramatically from Rs. 3,000 crore to Rs  30,000 crore.

During his over 40 years of working career, Mr. Mundra has been associated with a number of professional bodies in Finance, Taxation & Export Fields and has been an active participant at the policy making level as member of CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM and Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

Skand Ranjan Tayal – Secretary

Ambassador (Retd) Skand Ranjan Tayal is a graduate of Allahabad University and has a Post-Graduate Degree in Chemistry from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

After joining the Indian Foreign Service (1976), Ambassador Tayal served in Indian Missions in Sofia, Warsaw, Geneva and Moscow.  He was India’s Consul General in Johannesburg (1996-98) and Houston (2002-05), and Ambassador of India to Uzbekistan (2005-08). He was Ambassador of India to the Republic of Korea during 2008-11.

Ambassador Tayal was Secretary of the Indian National Commission for UNESCO during 1991-95 and served briefly as the Director in charge of IITs in the Department of Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development. He was Joint Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs and the Chief Passport Officer of India during 1999-2002.He introduced far reaching reforms in the passport issue system including comprehensive computerization ,machine printing of passports and Tatkal Scheme for fast track issue of passports.

Ambassador Tayal has wide experience in both bilateral and multilateral diplomacy and has been a frequent speaker on contemporary affairs.

At present Ambassador Tayal is Visiting Professor in the Delhi University in the Department of East Asian Studies.  He is on the Board of Hindustan Shipyard Limited (Vizag) and MMTC Limited as an independent director and is Vice Chairperson of the India-Republic of Korea Friendship Society.  He is also Chairman of the Governing Board of Dayal Singh College in New Delhi.

Ambassador Tayal has authored a book ‘India and Republic of Korea : Engaged Democracies’ which was released in December 2013 by the Hon’ble External Affairs Minister of India.

Mr. Anil Kumar Gupta – Treasurer

Mr. Gupta is a Science graduate and a qualified Chartered Accountant (1992).  Prior to joining profession as partner of Chandra Gupta & Associates in 2003, he has worked in the industry and held various positions in Accounts and Finance.  In Industry, he moved to General Administration and became CEO/Executive Director of RKJ Group which owned bottling plants of PEPSI, Pizza Huts and Delhi Public School in Jaipur.

As partner of Chandra gupta & Associates, he has conducted Central Statutory Audit of State Bank of Hyderabad.  He is Real Estate Consultant and has been rendering professional services as Auditor, Tax Advisor and Real Estate Developer.

He is an active member of Rotary Club of Jaipur Central and has been the Treasurer of the Club for the last two years.

Dr. Dhan Raj Jangid – Member

Dr. Jangid is the Director & Head of Nuclear Medicine & PET-CT at Medanta – the Medicity, Gurgaon since 2009.  Earlier, he was Associate Director and Head of Imaging Cardiology (Nucl Med. & MRI) at Escorts Heart Institute, New Delhi.  He is MBBS, MD, DRM and the first Indian who is Diplomat CBNC (nuclear Cardiology).

He has received Certifications and Fellowships since 1994 from a number of hospitals and institutions of Netherlands, Austria, U.K., USA and France.He has also traveled beyond traditional medicine into Complementary and Alternative Medical Systems to provide an integrated approach to healing.

i)          Yoga & Naturopathy

ii)         Acupuncture Therapy

Mr. Deepak Bagla – Member

Mr Bagla started his career with the World Bank in the USA before returning to India to do a brief stint in Journalism, and worked in an Indian business conglomerate – RPG Enterprises. In 1989, he joined Citibank’s Global Corporate and Investment Bank Group where he worked for 18 years, across regions including Asia, Africa and Europe. In March, 2007, he joined 3i Private Equity to start India’s first and largest Global PE Fund for Infrastructure.

Mr Bagla is a special invitee to the Government of India’s, “High Level Committee on Financing Infrastructure” – (2013). He was a member of the Banking & Finance Committee of the Bureau of Indian Standards (ISO affiliate 2005-06) and was also a member of the committee established by the Government to recommend corporate governance norms for independent directors (2006). He was elected President of Delhi Management Association (2008-09).Mr Bagla has a Bachelors degree with honors’ in Economics from St Stephens College, Delhi University, and a Masters in International Trade & Finance and Diplomacy, from the School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University, Washington DC.

Mr. Jai Kishan Singal – Member

Mr. Singal qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981 and has been in practice since then as partner of M/s J. Singal & Associates, Chandigarh.  He has a long and varied experience of audit and Taxation work.  He is also promoter Director of EXCEL Callnet Pvt. Ltd., Chandigarh which is a leading International BPO firm in Chandigarh.

Besides his professional and business interests, he is actively associated with many NGOs and Charitable Trusts which are working for the poor and underprivileged children.  He has keen interest in alternate therapies being a firm believer in non-invasive therapies which have been practiced in India since long especially in the rural areas as he belongs to an agriculturist family of Yamunanagar district in Haryana.
